When making a booking online please check your email after you have made the booking to ensure you have recieved a confirmation email.
We have had a high amount of customers recently turn up for appointments that had not been properly booked and we are unsure if this is user or system error. In each case the customer had not recieved an email confirming there appointment, the confirmation email usually arrives in your email box as soon as the booking is complete.
If you are unsure if your booking has been made correctly you can always email email@example.com.
